Esendex - Setting Up your Account / Accepting an Invite
If you need to send text messages to staff or students, you can request an "Esendex" account from Digital Services. This may require line manager approval. Once your account has been approved and created, you will receive a Welcome email from Esendex. To complete the creation of your account...
- Click the link in the email.
- The link is only valid for 24 hours: if you need another link, please contact the Service Desk.
- You will be sent to the Esendex portal.
- You will be asked to create a 12-character password. Please follow the relevant advice regarding not re-using passwords.
- You will then be asked for a mobile number to be used for two-factor authentication.
- Next you will be given a long code to use if you forget your password. Digital Services can reset accounts for Esendex, so you don’t need to save this code if you don’t want to.
